EMPLOYEE TRAINING VIDEOS
Employee training videos from a written brief
Turn a procedure, policy or script into a narrated video your team can watch on any screen. Review the storyboard for free, then approve production.
Sample for a fictional warehouse company, in the Step-by-step training style. Follow your own safety rules.
Training your team needs to repeat
A video works best for material that every employee should receive in the same way.
New-hire onboarding
Company overview, first-week steps and who to ask for help.
Safety briefings
Site rules, equipment routes and how to report a near miss, shown as illustrated situations.
Policy updates
What changed, who it affects and what employees need to do next.
Process training
A step-by-step procedure, with each step on screen as it is explained.
Customer service
Common situations acted out by illustrated colleagues and customers.
Sales enablement
Product knowledge and pricing changes for the whole sales team.
Three styles that suit training
Each sample was made for a fictional company. Your video is written for your topic.
For situations between people, such as a difficult call or a handover.
For a method or calculation that staff need to follow.
How to plan a training video
These steps apply whichever tool you use.
- Choose one outcome. Finish the sentence: after this video, an employee can…. If you need two sentences, plan two videos.
- Start from the approved source. Use the current procedure or policy, and name the person who signs off on accuracy.
- Show a real situation. Open with the moment the employee will face at work, then explain what to do.
- Write for the ear. Read the narration aloud. Replace long sentences and internal abbreviations.
- Say what happens next. End with the action to take and where to get help.
- Plan for changes. Put details that change often, such as contacts or prices, in a separate short video that is easy to replace.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use our existing procedure or script?
Yes. Paste the text into the brief or attach a PDF. The storyboard shows the narration line by line, so your team can check it before production starts.
How long can a training video be?
Up to 10 minutes on a plan or with extra time, and up to 5 minutes for the first video at $2.99. For longer courses, split the material into separate videos.
Which file formats do we receive?
An MP4 with narration and music, plus a separate SRT subtitle file. Imavro does not produce SCORM packages, so upload the MP4 to your learning platform as a video.
Can Imavro show our own building, staff or software?
Imavro does not film your people or premises, and it does not produce lifelike presenters. You can supply your logo, photos and screenshots to use in the video.
Can we produce the same training in other languages?
Yes. Narration, on-screen text and subtitles are available in 31 languages.
Does Imavro check that safety or compliance content is correct?
No. Your team remains responsible for the accuracy of the training. Have the responsible person review the storyboard and the finished video before you publish it.
