COMPANY VIDEOS

Company videos from a written brief

Explain who you are and why customers choose you in an animated corporate video, without booking a crew. Describe the company, review the storyboard for free, then approve production.

Sample for a fictional kitchen maker, Wrenfield, in the Brand film style.

Where a company video does its work

One clear film can be used in many places, and shorter cuts can follow from the same brief.

Website homepage

A short answer to what you do and who it is for, above the fold.

About page

The company story, what you stand for and how you work.

Sales conversations

A film to send ahead of a meeting, so the first call starts further along.

Trade shows and events

A looping film for the stand, readable with subtitles when the room is loud.

Recruitment

Why someone would want to work with you, for your careers page.

Anniversaries and milestones

How the company began and what has changed since.

Three styles for a company film

Each sample was made for a fictional company. Your video is written for your business.

Corporate commercial

For a service company that wants a direct message and a clear next step.

Archive light table

For a company with a history worth showing.

Before and after

For showing how your way of working differs from the old one.

How to plan a company video

Use these steps with any production method.

  1. Pick one audience. A film for buyers and a film for job applicants say different things. Choose first.
  2. Lead with the customer's problem. Open with the situation your customer recognizes, not the year you were founded.
  3. Replace claims with details. "Fast service" says little. "A quote within two working days" can be checked.
  4. Keep to one message. If someone remembers one sentence, decide what it should be.
  5. Ask for one action. End with the next step: call, book or request a quote.
  6. Plan the cuts. Decide early whether you also need a vertical or shorter version.

Frequently asked questions

What is a company video?

A short film, also called a corporate video or company introduction video, that explains who a company is, what it does and why a customer, partner or employee should care. It usually appears on the website and in sales conversations.

How long should a company video be?

Many companies start with about a minute for the website, then make shorter cuts for social channels. Imavro videos run up to 10 minutes on a plan or with extra time, and up to 5 minutes for the first video at $2.99.

Can you film our building, team or products?

No. Imavro does not film your people, products or premises, and it does not produce lifelike presenters. You can supply your logo and photos to use in the video. If real footage of your site matters most, a local production company is the better choice.

Can we get a vertical version for social media?

Yes. Request 16:9 or 9:16 in your brief. A plan delivers up to 4K, and the first video and extra-time purchases deliver up to 1080p.

Do we need a finished script?

No. A description of the company, the audience and the message is enough, and the storyboard shows the narration line by line for your review. You can also paste an approved script.

Can we use the video in advertising?

Yes. Paid videos can be used commercially, including in advertising and on your website.
