Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Imavro, the AI image creation service at imavro.com, run by an individual operator (“Imavro”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, starting a guest trial or subscribing, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Contact: support@imavro.com.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Imavro. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it. One person may not create multiple accounts to obtain additional free images.

2. Plans and image allowances

• New accounts include 3 free images. They do not renew.
• Paid plans (Basic, Pro and Studio) include the monthly number of images shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Each image counts as one, except a 4K image, which counts as two.
• Allowances renew each month on your billing day, including on yearly plans. Unused images do not carry over.
• Features such as transparent backgrounds, SVG files and 4K depend on your plan.
• An image that fails to generate is not counted against your allowance.
• Each plan includes storage space. When it is full you cannot add new images until you delete some or upgrade. Downgrading or cancelling never deletes images you already have.
• We choose the AI model used for each image and may change models to keep quality and reliability.

3. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions are sold through Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record and processes your payment and applicable taxes. Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel, change plans or update your card at any time from your account. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your plan stays active until then. Plan changes are prorated by Stripe. We may change prices for future billing periods; we will tell you in advance and you can cancel before the new price applies.

4. Refunds

If you request a refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and you have not generated any images during that subscription, we will refund that payment in full. Other payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. To request a refund, email support@imavro.com from the address on your account.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Imavro to create, upload or share content that:

• sexualizes minors, or depicts any minor in a sexual or exploitative way;
• is sexually explicit or depicts a real person in intimate or sexual content without consent;
• is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or promotes violence;
• impersonates a real person or organization, or is designed to deceive, such as fake documents or fraudulent material;
• infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, including reference images you do not have the right to use.

You also may not attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures, interfere with the service, access other users’ data, or use automated means to access Imavro except through features we provide. AI model providers apply their own content safety rules, and some requests may be declined.

6. Your content and images

You keep any rights you have in the descriptions and reference images you provide. You give us permission to store, process and send that content to our service providers only as needed to run Imavro for you. As between you and us, you own the images you generate with Imavro and may use them for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law. AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright protection in some countries, and similar images may be generated for other users. You are responsible for how you use your images, including checking that they do not infringe others’ rights.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Imavro at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription.

8. Changes to the service

Imavro is evolving. We may add, change or remove features. If we stop offering the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can download your images, and refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription.

9. Disclaimers

Imavro is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI-generated images can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to existing works, and we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a result will suit your purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Imavro is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Hong Kong, unless the consumer laws of the country where you live give you the right to bring a claim there.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the date above. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Imavro after that, the updated terms apply.
