How are images counted?

Each image counts as one, whichever model makes it. A 4K image counts as two. If an image fails to generate, it is not counted.

When do my images renew?

Every month on your billing day, including on yearly plans. Unused images do not carry over.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel or change plans from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Are taxes included?

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer refunds?

If you ask within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and haven’t created any images in that subscription, we refund it in full. See the Terms of Service.
